Pentixapharm AG is a research-focused radiopharmaceutical and precision oncology company with operations focused on the preclinical, clinical development and manufacturing of the innovative theranostic drug peptide pair PentixaFor/ PentixaTher and antibody-based pipeline. The clinical stage drugs specifically target the CXCR4 receptor, which is present in many rapidly progressing diseases, including hematologic and solid cancers, as well as cardiovascular diseases.

Job Overview

The Program Manager will hold end-to-end operational responsibility for a global Phase 3 clinical development program in Primary Aldosteronism (PA). The role requires strong late-stage clinical operations expertise, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to manage complex, global studies in a lean, highaccountability biotech environment. 

Your Tasks

• End-to-end operational leadership of a global Phase 3 clinical program in Primary Aldosteronism
• Overall responsibility for study planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence
• Hands-on management and oversight of clinical sites, CROs, vendors, and central service providers 
• Oversight of contracts, budgets, forecasts, timelines, and study deliverables
• Coordination of global clinical studies across EU, US, and potentially additional regions
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and maintain continuous inspection readiness
• Proactively manage operational risks, dependencies, and cross-functional interfaces
• Act as the primary operational counterpart to Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory leads
• Drive effective communication across internal teams and external partners
• Operate successfully in a lean biotech environment, combining autonomy with strong accountability

Experience & Skills

• Substantial experience in clinical operations (≥10 years), including late-stage (Phase 3) development
• Proven track record managing global Phase 3 clinical trials
• Strong experience working with CROs, vendors, and global investigator sites
• Solid understanding of clinical trial operations, compliance, and inspection preparedness
• Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution under pressure
• Comfortable working hands-on while maintaining a program-level operational overview
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
