To strengthen our team, we are seeking immediate support for our

Data Management and Process Optimization (f/m/d)
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the validation of software and equipment in a GxP environment: preparation of validation plans, test protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk assessments, as well as documentation and
deviation management
• Data management and analysis: working with complex Excel spreadsheets for analysis, reporting, and tracking
• Development and implementation of new workflows and software solutions
• Process optimization and ensuring data integrity: further development, automation, and optimization of data management processes
• Assistance in training employees on new processes or tools, as well as updating SOPs or change control documents
• Data visualization and reporting: statistical analysis and generation of dashboards
• Contribution to innovative and diverse customer projects

Your Profile:

• Experience in data management, validation, quality management, or related fields
• Advanced Excel skills (complex functions, pivot tables, database functions)
• Knowledge of databases, process automation, data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI), or data processing systems (e.g., LIMS)
• Structured and analytical mindset with a passion for complex tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new topics
• Team-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills in German and English
