IT / Sr. Manager (all genders)
FyoniBio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT / Sr. Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. The IT / Sr. Manager (m/f/d) will play a critical role in leading the IT department,overseeing infrastructure, application systems, and cybersecurity initiatives, and driving innovation to support the company's strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
o Collaborate with senior management to assess IT needs, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
Infrastructure Management:
o Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems.
o Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure components to support business operations.
Systems Administration:
o Manage enterprise-wide systems, including ERP across streams of Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business applications such as qPulse eQMS, and ELN.
o Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to optimize performance and functionality.
Cybersecurity and CSV Compliance:
o Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets and data.
o Monitor and assess IT security risks, conduct regular audits, and implement mitigation measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Develop and implement CSV policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the systems,continue in a state of validation.
Technical Support and Helpdesk:
o Provide leadership and direction to the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and user inquiries.
o Implement service desk best practices and metrics to measure and improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Innovation and Technology Adoption:
o Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and assess their potential impact on business operations.
o Lead initiatives to evaluate, pilot, and adopt new technologies to drive innovation and enhance competitive advantage.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager (m/f/d) or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry for a minimum of 5 to 8 years
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, CSV and cybersecurity best practices.
- Fluency in German is required, proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
