BIKE COACHING
The content of the individual coaching is determined together after a brief analysis of the main areas of interest. The bike coaches respond flexibly to needs and questions relating to cycling. If you wish, you can bring your own equipment and include it in the coaching. Comfortable clothing is recommended so that you can carry out simple tests together with the coach or get to know bike-specific supplementary and balancing exercises.
Contents: Brief analysis, personal needs / mobility check, balancing and complementary exercises / individual advice on all questions relating to cycling

BIKE FITTING
If you ride your bike a lot and want to improve your health and fitness at the same time, you should have it checked for ergonomic settings. The bike coaches take a close look at the bike on site and check essential technical functions and equipment features. They also take your body measurements so that the bike can be optimally adjusted according to ergonomic criteria.

BICYCLE CODING
You have the opportunity to have your bicycle coded and registered by the theft prevention team of the Berlin Police. This service is free of charge. Once your bike is registered, you will enjoy a number of benefits.Please bring an ownership document (proof of purchase) and your identity card or passport.

SPRING CHECK FOR YOUR BICYCLE
Fahrradhof Buch will check and repair your bicycle. Replacement parts will be billed.
