The concert will be held in honour of Prof. Dr Heinz Bielka (1929-2020). On 1 December, we will commemorate the fifth anniversary of the death of this highly respected scientist, science historian and patron of art and culture on campus. Since 2007, Heinz Bielka has also been strongly committed to the reconstruction of the Buch church tower, supported by his wife, Prof. Galina Iwanzowa, who has been organising charity concerts with her pupils and students since 2011.

At the concert on 1^st December, young, musically gifted musicians (aged 10-19) will once again perform their wide repertoire of classical music; most of them are already prize winners of several international competitions. Tabea Streicher will also be there again.

Admission is free, and donations will go towards the work of the Bucher Kirchturm association and the Friends of MDC.
