innovative theranostic peptide pair PentixaFor/PentixaTher, as well as a growing antibody-based pipeline. As a listed company on the German stock exchange, we are entering an exciting growth phase and shaping the future of targeted diagnostics and therapies.
Job Overview:
As Investor & Public Relations Manager, you will be the primary contact for both the financial community and the media. You’ll manage relationships with investors
and analysts while also overseeing corporate communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging about our strategy, performance, and scientific
advancements.
Your tasks:
• Develop and execute a combined investor and public relations strategy aligned with company goals
• Act as the key point of contact for investors, analysts, media, and communications partners
• Prepare and coordinate financial reports, press releases, interviews, and investor materials
• Manage public appearances, media briefings, earnings calls, and investor events
• Monitor media, market trends, and stakeholder sentiment to advise leadership and competitor developments
Your Experience and Skills:
• Degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field; scientific background is a plus
• Proven experience in investor relations, public relations, or corporate communications; ideally in biotech or life sciences
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and capital market regulations in Germany
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior management and investors
